Dr Mazen Atassi's class will serve as an introduction to the world of wholistic well-being and its vital role in the life of the believer. We will cover the basic paradigm of Hikma Medicine as well as the main pillars of health, including diet, digestion, movement, and rest. We will also explore the importance of emotional development and ways to cultivating emotional maturity in these fragmenting times.

Diving into both the philosophical and practical elements of vitality and holistic healing, Dr. Mazen will take attendees on an inward journey of discovery and transformation towards their embodied hearts. During this weekend we will explore how to come to know about oneself, the healing process, as well as the connection between healing & spirituality. We hope to facilitate an experiential retreat that will, God-willing, be a new beginning to all.
