Somatics is about finding, and healing, the whole of you. And it all starts with a simple set of questions - Why heal? Why put in the work? What's at stake?

Collectivity is about weaving together that healing, allowing our individual transformation to join a stronger current, and recognizing a simple set of truths- we heal faster and better, together; we were not meant to journey alone. Together, we can weave our way back to wholeness. Starting or continuing an individual healing journey is hard; we have a lot of stigma in our communities around mental health and wellness, and access to support is often cost prohibitive for our people. I went into this work because I wanted to change that-- I wanted to make healing possible, inviting, accessible and affordable for my community.

To that end, I have become a deep believer that the kind of healing work that aligns with our community requires centering the collective and cultivating inter-dependence as a strategy for transformation. The cooperative/communal model of this program intentionally accounts for that-- through the weaving together of individual healing journeys-- while the cost-sharing model makes it accessible and affordable to heal over a longer trajectory of time. So how do you know a program like this is right for you?
